The Application is designed as a community for assessment of photos, meeting people and communication.
It is important not to place any insults, obscene statements, pornographic material on this application or any other materials which may offend human dignity. You must not post material that may encourage terrorist activity or conduct that would be considered a criminal offence. You must not post content that infringes other people's intellectual property rights. By placing user content on the Application, you give us the right to use that content in marketing, advertising and other materials.
Deleting and Modification.
Administration of the Application reserves the right, at its discretion to:
- Change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. If your continue use the Application after changes, that will mean you accept and agree to those changes.
- Access of User Content on the Application, when it is necessary for moderation.
- Edit or delete any content, if it doesn't comply with the conditions of this Agreement, or is harmful to the Company or any third side.
- Report all illegal activity or user content to the proper authorities.
- Use all posted material in open access areas in the Application by users, including without limitation for displaying and use in advertising and promotional materials on Partner sites.
