This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the of the Spin the Bottle application ("the Application") at application stores, including: Huawei AppGallery, Apple App Store, Google Play, Facebook Games, Facebook Instant Games, Facebook Gameroom ("the Store"). Company TIN is 7813348809. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this application.

Information Collected

The Application offers users a set of tools to assess photos, meet people and communicate. We collect information from your social network (e.g. Facebook), you logged into the Application with, profile (such as your name, friends, country, city, main photo, age and date of birth) These details are available to you anytime. If you volunteer provide personal data to us, you explicitly consent to our using such information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the website, we may collect such information into a file which is only accessed by authorized personnel. We may also collect other users' comments about you in our complaints department. While using our Application, we will automatically track certain information such as your IP and e-mail address. This kind of information is collected for analytical purposes. YouTube section

Since the Application uses YouTube API Services to provide some functionality, you must also agree to Google Privacy Policy. The Application might store YouTube clip references you used in the Application to build and improve favorites, search and recommendation features and for analytical purposes. If you set a YouTube clip to entire table in the Application, other users evidently might see it.

User’s Data deletion

Please be advised, that after you have used the Application, some parts of you Personally Identifiable Information and other Data connected to your profile may still remain in the Application data. It is automatically removed if the Application is not used for a year. In case you need to remove the Data quicker, please contact our support team via the application feedback form or simply write to support@ciliz.com and follow instructions from our support team.

By using the Application, you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy, please do not use the application.
